2023-2024 Tuition & Fees Schedule

**All Costs are Per Student**

 

Annual Tuition   $8,080*

$50      Application Fee (new students only ~ non-refundable)

$375    Enrollment Fee (new and existing students ~ non-refundable)

Tuition is managed by FACTS Management System and will be an annual cost paid in one of the following ways:

​

• 1 Payment*Qualifies for 3% Discount if paid by August 1st

• 2 Payments (August & January)

• Monthly Schedule (Aug-May)

• Bi-Monthly Schedule (Aug-May)

*Tuition & Fees include curriculum, textbooks, field trips and one MCA school shirt.

MCA offers a variety of Financial Assistance to families, including Sibling Discounts.

 

Multi-student discounts are offered to legal siblings living in the same household.  These discounts are 10% for the second student and 20% for 3rd and more.  

 

Discounts are not applicable if on Financial Assistance.

​

Multiple Discounts will not apply.  MCA will award the greatest discount applicable.

​

Financial Assistance will be awarded to MCA students based on objective criteria relied upon by other private schools in the Central Texas area and administered by the FACTS Grant Aid system.   Financial Assistance is evaluated yearly and not guaranteed each year.

 

**Extended School Day begins at 3:15 p.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. daily.  This will be an additional monthly fee of $150.  Should you want to use these services throughout the month outside the monthly fee the hourly rate will be $10.00 per hour and will be billed through the FACTS portal.
