McCasland Christian Academy welcomes applicants of all races and has adopted the following process for applying to our program:

• Complete the Application for Enrollment 

  • Submit via email to admissions@mcagtx.org ​

• Pay $50 Application Fee HERE (please include the name of student when paying fee)

• MCA will contact you within 2 business days of receiving the application to schedule an evaluation and interview

• Upon completion of the entire Application Process notification of enrollment will be sent via email 

• Upon acceptance to MCA the Enrollment Fee of $375 and Admissions Paperwork Packet will need to be submitted

  • FACTS Online Management will be the online portal for all Tuition, Fees and Financial Aid​ and will require registration of each accepted student

Important Dates:

• New Family Applications are now being accepted for Academic Year 2023-2024

• Current Tuition and Fees for Academic Year 2023-2024 are HERE 

• ​February 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023 ~ Current Families Re-Enroll​​ for Academic Year 2023-2024

• March 1, 2023 ~ New families are considered for admission

  • This will be only once the entire admissions process has been completed

  • Notification of acceptance, denial or wait-list will be emailed to each applicant

  • If a student is placed on the wait-list, families will be notified as space is available
